Ordering Guide

Please click on an item to order it.  If you need something changing, or a different quantity please use the comments section at the end to tell us.

All our meat is from the local area, Wigan, Southport and Preston, with just one or two exceptions listed below.

​

We sell 'naked bacon' (preservative free and cured the old-fashioned way), and make all our own sausage and all other products in the shop.

​

Tony ages his steak approx. 3-6 weeks before he'll sell it to you and its all grass-fed and high-welfare.
